Melanie has a wealth of experience in putting together easy-to-understand marketing strategies and Audience Development Plans and has specific experience working with Arts Council National Portfolio Organisations. 

She strongly believes that marketing strategies should be easy to understand and tasks broken down in to bite size chunks making it easy for staff to work on specific elements and achieve results without feeling overwhelmed or distracted by trying to demonstrate outcomes. 

Working closely with individuals and small teams, her purpose is to empower people with new skills and confidence to carry out marketing tasks and she offers support and mentoring along the way if required.
